Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at MyTciket. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at MyTciket. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at MyTciket, you agree to the terms along with MyTciket.”’s” Privacy Policy.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.

PROCEDURE AND TERMS OF REFUNDING
1. The person responsible for accepting the Ticket and refunding the Ticket before the date of the Event is the MyTicket.am, unless otherwise established by the instructions of the Organizer / Principal or by agreement with the Organizer / Principal.
Only Tickets purchased from the MyTicket.am are accepted for refund. Refunds for Tickets are made in the amount of the Nominal Value of the Ticket.
The amount to be returned is determined in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation and depends on the period of circulation.
Funds for Tickets declared for refund due to illness / death of the Buyer or his close relative shall be refunded upon presentation of supporting documents and, in accordance with the current legislation, regarding the return of tickets for reasons of death / illness of the Buyer or his close relative. The service fee is non-refundable.
The Organizer / Principal is the person responsible for accepting the Ticket and refunding the Ticket for the canceled / replaced / postponed Event, unless otherwise provided by an agreement between the MyTicket.am and the Organizer / Principal.
2 After the date of the Event, the Principal / Organizer is the person accepting ticket refunds.
3. To receive funds, the Buyer / Ticket Holder undertakes to provide the MyTicket.am with:
– application for a refund in the form established by the MyTicket.am;
– tickets;
– cash register receipt;
– a copy of the passport (if payment was made in cash).

4. In case of non-cash payment for Tickets, funds are returned by transferring them to the current account from which the payment was made, within 10 (ten) business days from the date of submission of the application for a refund, unless other terms are specified by the Organizer / Principal. Refunds are made only to the current account from which the payment was made.
5. If the Ticket (Electronic Ticket) is returned due to cancellation, replacement or postponement of the Event, as well as due to the unilateral refusal of the Buyer, the Nominal Value of the Ticket (Electronic Ticket) is returned to the Buyer. The cost of the Service Fee is not refundable due to theMyTicket.am’s proper fulfillment of counter obligations and termination of the Service Agreement. Refunds in the specified amounts are carried out at the place and time, additionally indicated at the Point of Sale, on the Site.
6. If the Ticket is returned for any reason, the cost of the Ticket delivery is not refundable due to the termination of the Service Agreement by the MyTicket.am’s fulfillment of its obligations under the Service Agreement.
7. Funds for lost, damaged (before / during / after the date of the Event) or unused Tickets are non-refundable.
8. Funds for an unused Gift Certificate (that is, a Gift Certificate not exchanged for a Ticket before the expiration of its use period indicated on the Gift Certificate) is non-refundable.
9. The Buyer accepts and agrees that the official information indicating the cancellation, replacement or postponement of the Event is the information provided by the Organizer / Principal to the MyTicket.amand sent to the Buyer’s email / phone contact details (if they were provided by the Buyer when purchasing the Ticket) or posted on the website www.MyTicket.am.
10. The Buyer confirms and agrees that the procedure and grounds for returning the Ticket, as well as information about the person obliged to make such a return, are known and understandable to the Buyer.
